In St. Augustine right now it is very slow for the tourism industry. Also with the amount of rain we've been getting, and a tropical storm on the way there has not been a lot going on downtown. Most days the shop owners sit outside and socialize and take smoking breaks.

One of my favorite places in St. Augustine is on the water. I love going out to Salt Run and exploring by kayaking or sailing. From Salt Run and Conch Island so much can be seen such as Anastasia State Park, the Conch House, some gorgeous homes, the Vilano bridge and of course the St. Augustine lighthouse. Theres no place I would rather be, I especially because the only way you can get there is through boat access.
